Learning doesn’t have to stop during playtime with the Spark Series Math Panel. This is a functional and versatile activity panel which encourages all children to practice mathematics. Like the Spark Series Half Math Panel, it has four of its rotating cylinders that can display each of the 10 digits, and one that displays a plus, minus, multiplication, or division sign. This enables children to write out a nearly limitless number of mathematical expressions. Unlike the Half Math Panel, the full panel also includes a list of sample problems, which children can use to get started. Those with more experience in math can create and solve their own problems, or challenge friends to complete them. They can even work backwards by changing the right side of the equation and then making an expression to balance it, building basic algebra skills without even realizing it. This panel invites them to voluntarily exercise their math skills at their own pace.
