The Spark Series Straight Replacement Slide is our most basic model of slide for custom Spark play systems. Its linear shape has some advantages, including the fact that it allows children to reach faster speeds while sliding, since there are no curves or waves which would otherwise increase resistance to slow them down. The shape also makes it safer, since it moves the slide’s passengers in one direction, ensuring that they stay securely in the slide until they reach the bottom, which levels out to bring them to a complete stop. The Spark Series Straight Slide is a particularly great piece to include on play systems with more unusual and diverse slides. Multiple sizes of slides are available, allowing you to attach them to decks with different heights, and determine their intensity. Slides attached to taller decks will of course be significantly faster and more thrilling than shorter slides.
