Improving abdominal and core strength while playing on the playground is as straightforward as ever with the Straight Sit Up Bench. True to its name, the Straight Sit Up Bench is a flat bench that runs parallel to the ground; however, what separates it from a typical metal bench is the foothold at one end, which enables sit ups to be performed.
The foothold acts as a way to counterbalance the rest of the body while kids perform sit ups. That said, sit ups aren’t the only exercise that the Straight Sit Up Bench enables. Angled push ups, lunges, and a wide variety of stretches can also be done using the Straight Sit Up Bench, making it the perfect addition to one’s outdoor fitness circuit. Available in custom post and rail color options.
