Installation Is Available for Every Product

All products on Noah's site can be professionally installed by our nationwide network of CPSI-certified installers. That said, not every project requires the same level of service. Some may be well-suited for a customer-led or supervised installation. Your sales rep can help you determine which option makes the most sense based on your goals, budget, and available labor. 

Installation Options: Choosing What Works for You

We offer three main installation paths, each designed to meet different needs. 

Full Professional Installation

For a completely hands off experience, full professional installation is the way to go. A trained crew handles all labor and tools, allowing you to focus on the excitement of your new playground rather than the logistics. This option is not only hassle free, but also the safest and most efficient way to complete your project. It is especially recommended for larger playground structures and projects that include safety surfacing. Certain surfacing materials, such as artificial turf and poured in place rubber, require professional installation to ensure proper performance, safety, and warranty compliance. With a professional crew managing the entire process, you can have confidence that your playground and surfacing are installed correctly and ready for years of play.

Supervised Installation 

A supervised install provides a balance between cost savings and professional oversight. The customer supplies the labor and tools, while Noah's sends a certified playground supervisor to guide the process. This option works especially well for churches, HOAs and community groups that have strong volunteer support but want expert direction to ensure everything is installed safely and correctly. Customer Installation With this option, the customer is responsible for providing all labor and tools. It's often a good fit for smaller pieces of equipment or budget conscious projects. While this approach can save money, it's important to plan carefully. You'll need the proper tools and dependable volunteer labor to keep the project moving efficiently.

When Installation Takes Place

Installation is scheduled after all equipment has been delivered and inventory has been confirmed. Coordination is handled through our operations specialist, Trey, who works closely with you to finalize scheduling. Installation Warranty

Installation Instructions

Physical installation instructions are included in the hardware box of your order. If you'd lie to review instructions before purchasing, just let your sales rep know. This can help you determine whether a DIY or supervised installation is a realistic option for your team. 

Permit Requirements 

Permit requirements vary by location. Your sales representative can offer guidance based on experience during the planning stages, but it is ultimately the customer's responsibility to ensure all required permits are obtained before delivery day.
