Material: The center post is 3.5” galvanized steel tube (11 ga.). The (4) upright outer posts are 2.325” galvanized steel tube (11 ga.). The top circular rail is 3.5” galvanized steel tube (11 ga.). The (2) spiral rails are 2” galvanized steel tube (11 ga.). The handhold shaped rails are 1” galvanized steel tube (11 ga.). The rope net system is constructed of UV stabilized 16mm steel-reinforced rope. The rope has a synthetic covering. The rope net ball connectors are constructed of molded polyurethane. Ropes are attached to the 3.5” center steel tube and the 2” spiral steel tube with cast-aluminum end fittings. The cast-aluminum end fittings are attached to .50” steel tabs welded to the 3.5” and 2” steel tubes.

The entire product is powder coated. All our Powder Coating products meet AAMA 2603 standards of high performance coatings. Following our Chemical cleaning process of our metals we start with a Three (3) coat application in our powder coating operations: Appling Advanced Technology in Powder Primers and Top Coats to Maximize Corrosion Protection for exterior environments.
